Claire Doherty, M.A, RP(Q)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

My therapeutic practice is guided by curiosity, authentic connection, and collaboration. I am passionate about cultivating a warm, safe space conducive to fostering self-awareness and compassion, growth, and healing in a way that honours each client’s unique lived experiences and the beautiful messiness of being human.
I consider psychotherapy to be a journey we embark on side-by-side in a relationship founded in trust and empathy. Along the way we can explore the patterns you have adapted to as a result of earlier experiences that may be keeping you stuck. This experiential, client-centered journey presents opportunities to process emotions that you may have gotten used to suppressing in a space in which you feel seen and supported.
I have a deep and enduring commitment to social justice and strive to provide care that is culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirmative.
